As a customer you understand that I am NOT a large web development company and that I specialize in developing small but content rich websites. The website tools I utilize are limited like most software tools and enable the website to utilize a number of templates. The tools that I utilize to build my customers websites include a very good range of facilities which include a wizi wig to build websites, a form builder, email and data base builder, audio and video builder, banner builder, button builder, conference builder, html builder, link builder, menu builder and pop up builder. All these in one package for one up front investment and a monthly hosting, affiliate and access fee. The specialized services that are used to build websites are designed by internet marketers for people wanting to succeed with an online presence. The biggest challenge people face after spending a small fortune on building a website these days by a website development business is the site has no content rich copy included meaning it is not search engine friendly and the search engines will not find them nor will they list them anywhere near the top of their listings. If your website is not on the first page of Google you might as well not be listed with them. Most people will not go beyond the very first page of search results on any search engine. To achieve this kind of success it’s typical to hire the services of what’s commonly knows as a SEO professional who change many things on a website and not to mention will charge on average four thousand to five thousand dollars for just an average four or five page website. The tools available with this service are not complex and anyone with a little time can learn how to use them. Once I build a website for my customer I allow three lessons over the phone to teach my customer how to follow the really simple and easy to use back office tools to change anything on their website at any time they choose at no cost to them. This eliminates the expensive charges billed by most website development companies who charge you ridiculous amounts of money for what takes them only thirty or forty seconds. I’ve listened to stories by clients of being charged two and three hundred dollars for services that I know only take a few seconds to implement. Any utilization of my services and time after the three initial free twenty minute coaching lessons over the phone or in person will be charged at two hundred and twenty dollars per hour. My job is to build a website for my customer and provide four pages which include a home page, about us page, a frequently asked page and a contact us page. These pages can be changed and do not have to be as such. The pages can include written content up to five hundred words per page. If one page has only three hundred words this does not mean the other two hundred words carry over and there is no surplus of words to the next page. Each page has a limit of only five hundred words unless arranged and signed off before hand. I will also add a form to one or all for pages that will send out the same one to three email marketing messages to your customer’s/clients. Also included is the ability to add pictures. I will add from one picture to twenty five pictures per page in the customers investment with me. Also included is an audio and video that must be implemented in a small sized format that can be added to the website. This can be one recording that I will include on any one page with the same investment. A domain name is purchased separately from any of the domain name registers. It is also mandatory to host your domain name at a separate fee. These prices will differ depending where you organise your hosting. I have sourced out a number of cheap places to have this done and will organise them for my customers at cost price. The monthly fee to access the CMS and marketing materials is also separate from the one off investment made by the customer to me. The monthly fee may increase in time in accordance with inflation but is currently around the fifty US dollar mark per month. Any complaints regarding workmanship or website design changes must be reported within twenty four hours or sooner and definitely before seven days (money back guarantee period) of signing the contract agreement form. The one hundred percent money back guarantee is from the time of signing the contract to seven days after (168 hours). The one hundred percent money back guarantee is for seven days (168 hours) and no longer. The guarantee is only valid if the customer presents all requested details on time and in the time frame I request to build their web site. Without such information I will not be able to complete the web site. If I am not able to obtain the details needed to build a web site then I am not able to insert the correct information therefore I am not liable and totally relinquished from the guarantee. The time to deliver all related information is forty eight hours. The seven day guarantee will start from that time and not before. However the guarantee ends seven days from the signing of the contract/agreement. In that time I will spend one hour (60 minutes) or three 20 minute sessions over the phone or in person teaching my customer how to use the back office tools. After the seven day period of signing the contract I will allow a further seven days to provide the free sixty minutes of coaching. After this period of time the free sixty minutes will be wavered unless arranged before and signed off on. The free sixty minutes of private coaching time can be swapped for me implementing website work after the seven days but no further than seven days after the end of the contract guarantee time meaning no longer than two weeks (336 hours) to the hour after the time of signing the initial contract. Once your web site is created you agree to give me full permission to advertise, market and use your name, web site, pictures and anything you’ve included and submitted to me as a way of proving to others how I construct web sites and my style of building web sites.
